Summertime rides may start as early as 7:00 am based on temperatures. Your E-Ticket will specify the tour start time during summer months. Check in at the stables 10-15 minutes before the tour time.

There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

COVID-19 Protocols Updates

Currently, the state of Nevada is requiring the wearing of face masks in any public indoor setting, even for fully vaccinated persons. Masks are not required in outdoor settings but it is advised that you wear one in crowded situations or if you are close to persons whose vaccination status you do not know.

Horseback riding is classified as a "rugged adventure recreational sport activity."  Therefore, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed appropriate by management for the safety of guests, staff or property.  They further reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a ride due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or requests made by governmental, park or state agencies.  A FULL refund is given if the operator must cancel a ride.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any weight limits? -- A weight limit is not enforced on these trail rides. The tour operator has large horses for large people; however does require guests to get on and off their horses with only minimum assistance from the wranglers. There is a loading platform for those who need it and wranglers encourage you to use it. For almost 25 years, guests of all ages and sizes with different abilities ride with these wranglers. Please call if you think you have limitations that may keep you from enjoying this experience and the reservation agents will provide guidance. The phone number of the stables will be on your E-Ticket.

What are the policies regarding children? -- Children are welcome age 7 and older. Helmets are required (and supplied) for children ages 7 through 16.

What should I wear? -- Please wear long pants and comfortable, loose-fitting clothes with closed-toe shoes - and, in the winter, layered clothing. (sweater or sweatshirt, jacket and gloves). Hats (other than ball caps) should have a chin string.

What's the weather like? -- Winter months in Las Vegas (Dec, Jan, Feb.), it can be cold in the mornings and evenings. Please wear layered clothing, a hat, and gloves. Spring and Fall months (Mar, April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov.) are beautiful, but can be cool in the mornings and the evenings, with warm days. Summer months (June, July, August) are warm but comfortable. Bring sun screen and a hat! Please, no shorts or open-toe shoes.

Should I bring something to drink? -- Water and soft drinks are available for purchase at the ranch before and after rides.

Anything else I need? -- Sunscreen!
