Richard Petty Driving Experience - Ride Along Tour - Las Vegas -- Join Richard Petty Driving Experience for a unique and one-of-a-kind excursion to the fabulous Las Vegas Motor Speedway as you Ride-Along in a 600-HP NASCAR style race car at speeds in excess of 160 MPH. The Ride-Along Experience consists of three high-speed laps with a professional instructor behind the wheel. The tour will also feature a facility overview of the largest sporting venue on the West Coast, a tour of the Richard Petty Driving Experience Race Shop, as well as a stop at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Gift Store. Minimum age 14

Itinerary for 8:00 am

All of the elements of this tour will be completed, not necessarily in the same order each day. For example we may need to complete the Ride-Alongs prior to the facility and shop tour based on variables such as class schedules, amount of guests on tour, traffic, Ride Groups, etc

8:00 am - Bus will depart either ONE of two locations to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway: - The Harrah's Bus Depot (adjacent to Harrah's Main Valet) at 8:00 am
- The Excalibur Rotunda Airport / Shuttle Bus pick up at 7:30 am

- Participants are recommended to be on-site 15 minutes prior to departure
- A uniformed representative will meet our guest(s) and load onto transportation
- Las Vegas Overview, partial city tour

8:30-8:45 am - Facility overview of Las Vegas Motor Speedway
- Tour Guide will drive participants through the 1,500 acre Las Vegas Motor Speedway which consists of over 10 tracks including the 1/2 mile World of Outlaws dirt track, the ¼ mile NHRA drag racing facility known as "The Strip" and the 3/8 mile "Bullring" which is the home track of NASCAR superstars Kurt and Kyle Busch as well as Brendan Gaughan.

9:00 am - Richard Petty Driving Experience Race Shop Tour
- Participants will tour through the RPDE Race Shop. Lucky visitors will witness the RPDE Mechanical staff working on cars and participants will get up close and personal to the NASCAR style race cars.

9:30 am - Richard Petty Driving Experience Ride-Along Experience
- Participants will experience real life racing thrills by riding shotgun in a two-seat NASCAR style race car driven by a professional instructor as they experience a simulated 3-lap NASCAR qualifying run at speeds exceeding 160 MPH. After their experience in the race car, photo packages will be available for purchase.

10:30 am-11:00 am - Las Vegas Motor Speedway Gift Store
- Visit the largest selection of NASCAR and Racing merchandise in Las Vegas.

11:00 am-11:15 am - Depart Las Vegas Motor Speedway back to the strip

11:30 am-12:00 pm - Bus arrives on the Las Vegas "Strip"

Guests should wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. No sandals will be allowed.
Participants must have ability to climb through a 15' high and 30" wide window that sits 36" from the ground.
