Helicopter transportation from Las Vegas to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the NASCAR race.

NASCAR fans - arrive in style at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the big race!

You'll meet the helicopter at our office between 7:00 am and 10:30 am for your flight to the speedway. Reserve the departure time for your flight to the track early because space is limited! Return flights from the speedway to our office will begin immediately after the race concludes. No specific reservations are taken for the return flights; it's first-come, first-served. Flight does NOT include tickets to the race.

Summary: Tour does not include hotel pick-up or drop-off. All prices are per person and inclusive of all taxes and fees. Please reserve online or call us toll-free at 888-888-7501. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Helicopter Tour Terms and Conditions:

~ Due to safety requirements, passengers weighing over 250 pounds will be required to purchase two seats.
~ Total weight per helicopter may not exceed 1,250 pounds.
~ All itineraries are subject to change due to weather and traffic.
~ Rates and seat availability are subject to change until time of booking.
~ Personal cameras and camcorders are permitted onboard.
~ As per airport security procedures, each passenger must provide a photo ID before boarding the helicopter.
~ There are no refunds on helicopter weddings and tours cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled date.
