Summary:

Tour includes free pick-up and drop-off from hotels within five miles of the Strip. All prices are per person and include tax. Fuel surcharge of $20 per person is payable at check-in for the tour. Please reserve online or call us toll-free at 888-888-7501. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Due to safety requirements, passengers weighing over 250 pounds will be required to purchase two seats.
Total weight per helicopter may not exceed 1,250 pounds.
All itineraries are subject to change due to weather and traffic.
Rates and seat availability are subject to change until time of booking.
Personal cameras and camcorders are permitted onboard.
As per airport security procedures, each passenger must provide a photo ID before boarding the helicopter.
There are no refunds on helicopter weddings and tours cancelled within 10 days of the scheduled date.
