Summary:

4 DAYS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Hotel pickup is available for an additional fee and must be paid separately to your driver on the day of your flight. Hotel pickup arrangement information will be available on your E-Ticket. Passengers are to be at the meeting location 30 minutes prior to sunrise. Hotel Pickups will occur 60 minutes before sunrise depending on hotel location. Minimum age requirement for this activity is 10 years old. Child rates are not available for this activity. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Arrival at Launch Location and Inflation
Your adventure begins upon arrival at the desert launch site. You will receive a "pre-flight briefing" where you'll learn more about hot-air balloon flight and the history of hot-air ballooning. The crew will begin the inflation process and once the envelope is filled with air, the propane burners are ignited to heat the air inside. Once the balloon is inflated, you will join your pilot in the beautiful hand crafted wicker basket. The luxurious, over-sized basket has plenty of room to allow everyone to enjoy the ride to the fullest.

Up, Up, and Away
As you gently leave the Earth, you'll be amazed at how light the balloon feels. During the flight you have an unobstructed 360-degree view of the city proper and the gorgeous landscape that surrounds Las Vegas. The flight will start in the southwest valley, lending scenic views of some of the Las Vegas residential areas, the renowned Las Vegas Strip to the east, and the majestic Red Rock Mountains and Red Rock Canyon to the west. The flight time varies from 45 to 75 minutes depending on the time of year and temperature.

Back to Earth Again
Throughout your flight, the ground crews follow over desert lanes and roads so that they can be ready and waiting for you upon your landing, always a gala occasion. You are greeted in the traditional manner with flutes of champagne and scrumptious finger food!
