There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Is there a weight or height restriction?
Yes. Please contact us if the recipient weighs over 260 pounds or is 6.3 feet tall. We will advise you on what car to choose.
What is the minimum age to participate?
You must be 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license to drive.
Is insurance included?
Yes, insurance is included in your package. However, you and your guests will have to sign a liability waiver form upon your arrival at the track.
Deposit required?
No deposit is required for your driving experience.
Is an international drivers license acceptable?
Yes. A valid drivers license issued by a government agency is acceptable.
Do I need to know how to drive a Manual Transmission?
No, the vehicles are all Paddle Shift. They can all be driven in Automatic.
Do I need any prior racing experience?
Absolutely not! These driving experiences are open to anyone! You will of course follow the technical briefings, participate in the discovery laps with an instructor before you drive. Also you will always be accompanied by a professional driving instructor on your side. So relax and enjoy!
I am a professional race car driver, can I drive alone?
No, but if the professional driving instructors are aware of the fact they will give you more flexibility on the track.
What can I expect when I get to the track?
Prior to driving on the track, all participants are provided with detailed driving instruction in a classroom environment as well as 2 discovery laps done by a personal driving instructor. The participants are then introduced to their personal driving instructor who sits in the passenger seat while the driving experience begins. The instructor ensures that the drivers take full advantage of these powerful exotics, while operating in a safe environment. After your experience, you will receive a graduate certificate.
What is the technical briefing all about?
No matter what level of driving experience you have, you are required to attend the technical briefing. In this briefing professional instructors will communicate their direction and the mandatory driving and racing tips to use the sport cars safely.

What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (i.e. sneakers or tennis shoes). Sandals and high-heels will not be accepted. Helmets are provided on the track.
Can I come with friends and family?
Guests are welcome. Your friends and family will be able to access the track (within the secured areas), take videos and pictures with panoramic views. Children are allowed. However children under 24 months are not recommended for obvious reasons of noise and security. Pets are not allowed on the tracks for security reasons unless that pet proves to provide health and/or physical aide.
How long should I plan for the whole experience?
Plan for a minimum of 2 hours.
Can we buy food and drinks on the track?
Yes. Food and beverage are available for purchase on the track.
What happens when it rains?
The cars are equipped with all the security systems and proper tires to handle driving in any conditions. In extreme cases where the weather conditions force a cancelation for security reasons, you would be rescheduled to a new date free of charge within the next 2 months.
